Weed Receives Sanders’ Endorsement

Franklin-7 state representative candidate Cindy Weed of Enosburg has been endorsed by U.S. Senator, Bernie Sanders. Weed is the only Franklin County candidate endorsed by the popular 2016 presidential candidate. Weed was also just endorsed by the NEA (Teacher’s Union) and the AFL-CIO.

“I have known Cindy Weed for a number of years and appreciate her commitment to working families and the middle class. She will be a strong voice for ordinary Vermonters in the Vermont state legislature.” said Bernie Sanders.
